Privacy Policy

§ 1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

  1. The controller of personal data collected via the website https://ansee.pl/ is Ansee Consulting Michał Jaśkiewicz sp. z o.o., with its registered office in Wrocław (53-673), ul. Legnicka 16, “The Shire” premises, registered by the District Court for Wrocław Fabryczna, 6th Commercial Division, under KRS number: 0001006977, share capital: 5,000 PLN. Tax ID (NIP): 8971915404, National Business Registry Number (REGON): 523874352, email address:biuro@ansee.pl , phone number: +48 501 980 889, hereinafter referred to as the “Controller.”
  2. Personal data collected by the Controller via the website is processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation), hereinafter referred to as the “GDPR.”

§ 2. TYPE OF PERSONAL DATA PROCESSED, PURPOSE, AND SCOPE OF DATA COLLECTION

  1. The Controller processes the personal data of users of the website www.ansee.pl when they use the contact form. This data is processed pursuant to Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR, on the basis of the legitimate interests of the Controller – namely the provision of services to the data subject or to the person on whose behalf the data subject acts, or the direct marketing of services provided by the Controller. Other personal data is processed pursuant to Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR, on the basis of the legitimate interests of the Controller – namely facilitating the use of services provided electronically and improving the functionality of those services. 
  2. Personal data is collected directly from the data subject. 
  3. In the case of the contact form, the user provides:
  1. First and last name.
  2. Email address.
  1. While using the website, further information may also be collected, in particular: the IP address assigned to the user’s computer or the external IP address of the internet service provider, domain name, browser type, access time, and operating system type. Navigation data may also be collected from users, including information about the links and references they click on or other actions taken on the website.
  2. The personal data collected will not be used for automated decision-making that produces legal effects concerning the individual or similarly significantly affects them.

§ 3. PERSONAL DATA RETENTION PERIOD

Users’ personal data is stored by the Controller:

  1. In cases where data processing is necessary to perform a concluded contract, for as long as needed to perform the contract, and thereafter for a period corresponding to the statute of limitations for claims. Unless otherwise provided by a specific provision, the statute of limitations is six years, and for claims for periodic benefits and claims related to business activities – three years.
  2. In other cases, this data is retained for a period of 5 years. 

§ 4. OBLIGATIONS OF THE DATA CONTROLLER 

The Controller exercises due diligence to protect the interests of data subjects and, in particular, ensures that the data it collects is:

  1. Processed in accordance with the law.
  2. Collected for specified, lawful purposes and not subject to further processing incompatible with those purposes.
  3. Adequate in relation to the purposes for which they are processed, and stored in a form that allows for the identification of the data subjects for no longer than is necessary to achieve the purposes of the processing.

§ 5. DISCLOSURE OF PERSONAL DATA

  1. Users’ personal data is transferred to service providers used by the Controller to operate the website. Service providers to whom personal data is transferred, depending on the contractual arrangements and circumstances, either follow the Controller’s instructions regarding the purposes and methods of processing such data (processors) or independently determine the purposes and methods of processing (controllers).
  2. Users’ personal data may also be transferred to entities providing services to the Controller where this is necessary to perform a contract or to meet the Controller’s obligations under applicable laws.
  3. Users’ personal data is stored exclusively within the European Economic Area (EEA).

§ 6. RIGHT TO CONTROL, ACCESS, AND CORRECT ONE’S OWN DATA

  1. The data subject has the right to access their personal data, the right to rectification, erasure, and restriction of processing, the right to data portability, and the right to object.
  2. Legal basis for the user’s request:
  1. Access to data – Article 15 of the GDPR.
  2. Rectification of data – Article 16 of the GDPR.
  3. Erasure of data (the “right to be forgotten”) – Article 17 of the GDPR.
  4. Restriction of processing – Article 18 of the GDPR.
  5. Data portability – Article 20 of the GDPR.
  6. Objection – Article 21 of the GDPR.
  1. To exercise the rights referred to in point 2, send an email to: biuro@ansee.pl.
  2. If a user exercises a right arising from the above provisions, the Controller will comply with the request, or refuse to do so, without undue delay, but no later than one month from receipt. However, if—owing to the complex nature of the request or the number of requests—the Controller is unable to comply within one month, it will do so within the following two months, having informed the user within one month of receiving the request about the intended extension of the deadline and the reasons for it.
  3. If it is determined that the processing of personal data violates the provisions of the GDPR, the data subject has the right to file a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.

§ 7. COOKIES

  1. The Controller’s website uses cookies.
  2. Installing cookies is necessary for the proper provision of services on the website. Cookies contain information needed for the proper functioning of the website and also make it possible to compile general statistics on website visits.
  3. The website uses two types of cookies: “Session” and “Persistent” cookies.
  1. “Session” cookies are temporary files that are stored on the user’s device until the user logs out (leaves the website).
  2. “Persistent” cookies are stored on the user’s device for the duration specified in the cookie settings or until the user deletes them.
  1. The Controller uses first-party cookies to better understand how users interact with the website’s content. These cookies collect information about how the user uses the website, the type of website that referred the user, the number of visits, and the duration of the visit. This information does not record specific personal data; it is used to compile statistics on website usage.

§ 8.  FINAL PROVISIONS

  1. The Controller implements technical and organizational measures to ensure the protection of processed personal data commensurate with the risks and the category of data subject to protection, and in particular safeguards the data against disclosure to unauthorized persons, removal by an unauthorized person, processing in breach of applicable regulations, and alteration, loss, damage, or destruction.
  2. The Controller provides appropriate technical measures to prevent unauthorized persons from obtaining or modifying personal data transmitted electronically.
  3. In matters not covered by this Privacy Policy, the provisions of the GDPR and other applicable provisions of Polish law shall apply.
