We conduct precise noise simulations based on real-world site conditions
We carry out the analysis in line with the Regulation of the Minister of the Environment of June 14, 2007, on permissible noise levels in the environment. We identify the categories of noise-protected areas – including single-family, farmstead, and multi-family residential areas – as well as their status under current municipal planning documents. Where no local zoning plan is in force, we rely on actual land use. The analysis also accounts for cumulative impacts and other nearby noise sources, such as railways or roads.
