Personal data collected by the Controller via the website is processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016\/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95\/46\/EC (General Data Protection Regulation), hereinafter referred to as the \u201cGDPR<\/strong>.\u201d<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    \u00a7 2. TYPE OF PERSONAL DATA PROCESSED, PURPOSE, AND SCOPE OF DATA COLLECTION<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    1. The Controller processes the personal data of users of the website www.ansee.pl when they use the contact form. This data is processed pursuant to Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR, on the basis of the legitimate interests of the Controller \u2013 namely the provision of services to the data subject or to the person on whose behalf the data subject acts, or the direct marketing of services provided by the Controller. Other personal data is processed pursuant to Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR, on the basis of the legitimate interests of the Controller \u2013 namely facilitating the use of services provided electronically and improving the functionality of those services.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    2. Personal data is collected directly from the data subject.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    3. In the case of the contact form, the user provides:<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

      2. Email address.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

        2. The personal data collected will not be used for automated decision-making that produces legal effects concerning the individual or similarly significantly affects them.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

          \u00a7 3.\u00a0PERSONAL DATA RETENTION PERIOD<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

          Users\u2019 personal data is stored by the Controller:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In cases where data processing is necessary to perform a concluded contract, for as long as needed to perform the contract, and thereafter for a period corresponding to the statute of limitations for claims. Unless otherwise provided by a specific provision, the statute of limitations is six years, and for claims for periodic benefits and claims related to business activities \u2013 three years.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          2. In other cases, this data is retained for a period of 5 years.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

            \u00a7 4. OBLIGATIONS OF THE DATA CONTROLLER\u00a0<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

            The Controller exercises due diligence to protect the interests of data subjects and, in particular, ensures that the data it collects is:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

            1. Processed in accordance with the law.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
            2. Collected for specified, lawful purposes and not subject to further processing incompatible with those purposes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
            3. Adequate in relation to the purposes for which they are processed, and stored in a form that allows for the identification of the data subjects for no longer than is necessary to achieve the purposes of the processing.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

              \u00a7 5. DISCLOSURE OF PERSONAL DATA<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

              1. Users\u2019 personal data is transferred to service providers used by the Controller to operate the website. Service providers to whom personal data is transferred, depending on the contractual arrangements and circumstances, either follow the Controller\u2019s instructions regarding the purposes and methods of processing such data (processors) or independently determine the purposes and methods of processing (controllers).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
              2. Users\u2019 personal data may also be transferred to entities providing services to the Controller where this is necessary to perform a contract or to meet the Controller\u2019s obligations under applicable laws.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
              3. Users\u2019 personal data is stored exclusively within the European Economic Area (EEA).<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

                \u00a7 6. RIGHT TO CONTROL, ACCESS, AND CORRECT ONE\u2019S OWN DATA<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

                1. The data subject has the right to access their personal data, the right to rectification, erasure, and restriction of processing, the right to data portability, and the right to object.<\/li>\n\n\n\n

If a user exercises a right arising from the above provisions, the Controller will comply with the request, or refuse to do so, without undue delay, but no later than one month from receipt. However, if\u2014owing to the complex nature of the request or the number of requests\u2014the Controller is unable to comply within one month, it will do so within the following two months, having informed the user within one month of receiving the request about the intended extension of the deadline and the reasons for it.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                    3. If it is determined that the processing of personal data violates the provisions of the GDPR, the data subject has the right to file a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.<\/li>\n\n\n\n

The Controller implements technical and organizational measures to ensure the protection of processed personal data commensurate with the risks and the category of data subject to protection, and in particular safeguards the data against disclosure to unauthorized persons, removal by an unauthorized person, processing in breach of applicable regulations, and alteration, loss, damage, or destruction.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                            2. The Controller provides appropriate technical measures to prevent unauthorized persons from obtaining or modifying personal data transmitted electronically.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
